Can I try before I buy?

You can! You can download the application installer from our downloads page. Simply run the installer and follow it's directions. You will need to be able to log on to an SQL Server database server as a sysadmin to complete the installation.

If you decide to keep using RMTrack simply updating your existing installation with a license key you can purchase online.

Do I have to buy SQL Server too?

No! RMTrack operates the same on the free version of SQL Server, SQL Express, as it does on the paid versions of SQL Server. To install SQL Express follow the directions in our knowledgebase article.

What is a "user"?

A user is any person that can log in to your installation of RMTrack. This does not include inactive user accounts.

Concurrent licensing (a "floating" license that is shared amongst individual users) is also available. Contact our sale team for to get a quote for concurrent user licensing.

What's the difference between On Premise and Cloud?

With On Premise, you host RMTrack on your own hardware and you are able to customize your setup however you'd like. This is generally the best option for teams who want to manage all the details of the setup and don't mind the additional complexity of hosting themselves.
