Information Collection and Use
RMTrack collects contact information from customers at several different points on our website: free online demo, online support registration and our order form. We will not sell, share, or rent this contact information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Such data is securely stored and heavily guarded to prevent unauthorized access.
In order to use our customer support website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name, email address) and unique identifiers (such as username and password). This information is only used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.
Issues and Support Calls
RMTrack provides an issue tracking and management service. This information is submitted and managed by the customers and stored in their private personal account. Customers are able to update this information. The information stored in the customer's personal account will not be sold, rented or made available to any third party or other organization at any time, under any circumstance unless required to do so as noted in "the Limitation."
We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and email address). This information is used to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the customer. No financial information is stored by RMTrack.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Cookies may be used to store encrypted login information.
We use IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, page views, and access times to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. We implement all necessary measures to maintain high level protection against unauthorized access. Once your information reaches us, it resides on servers that are heavily guarded both physically and electronically.
Physical security: RMTrack services are hosted on highly reliable, secure and redundant servers, located a secure colocation facility, delivering multi-level physical security for mission-critical Internet operations. All areas of the center are monitored and recorded using CCTV, and all access points are controlled.
Application security: all servers are running Windows 2003 Server operating system and are sitting behind electronic firewall. All drives use NTFS partitions. All Microsoft patches, hot fixes and updates are installed on weekly basis, and the most critical are installed immediately upon release. Our system is always using the latest security technique available from Microsoft. RMTrack automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits.

Site and Service Updates
We send site, service and application updates announcements to our customers. Customers are able to un-subscribe from service announcements. We communicate with our customers to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a customer's personally identifiable information changes, or if customers no longer desire our service and want to close their account, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that customers personal data provided to us. Change requests should be sent to support.
It is RMTrack's policy to respect the privacy of its customers. Therefore, RMTrack will not monitor, edit or disclose the contents of your personal account unless required to do so by law, in accordance with a judicial or other governmental subpoena, warrant or order. Or unless RMTrack believes that such action is necessary to;
(1) conform to the law or comply with legal process served on RMTrack;
(2) protect and defend the rights or property of RMTrack; or
(3) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of its customers or the public.
